BCS Salmon Release
After keeping our 194 out of 200 salmon eggs safe over the winter, second graders headed to Bond Brook in Augusta to release the FRY into the wild. Even after a power outage and cooler malfunction, we were able to keep most of the eggs safe and moving through the lifecycle. The second graders enjoyed watching the stages of the salmon’s life cycle in action.
